I had a great experience with P&A Moving Solutions. Pat and Alex helped move us from a 2-bedroom first-floor apartment into a 3-bedroom second-floor apartment, and they did an excellent job. Alex and Pat were amazing. After our original movers cancelled at the last second with no communication on trying to figure out a time for them to come, we quickly booked these guys literally last second. They worked 2 jobs before they came to us and got us in and saved the day! They were very polite and super helpful. It's always nice to see young men work hard and be so courteous. Do you provide the moving truck?
No — we're a labor-only company. You rent or provide the truck, POD, or container, and we supply the crew and equipment to load, unload, or move your items.
How is pricing calculated?
Our rate is $70/hour with a 2-hour minimum. The clock starts when the crew arrives and stops when the job is done. Additional fees may apply for stairs, unusually heavy items, long carries, or extra mileage.
Do I need to be there during the move?
We recommend having someone available at the start and end of the job to walk the crew through what needs to move and to sign off once it's complete.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. P&A Moving Solutions is fully licensed and insured for your protection.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Osceola County and Orange County, Florida, and travel throughout the surrounding area.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice carry a $30 fee. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free cancellation with 24 hours' notice
You may cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time. Call or text 863-978-9704, or send a message through the contact form below.
Same-day cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $30 cancellation fee.
No-shows
If our crew arrives and the job cannot be performed for reasons outside our control — no one present, the truck or container not available, or no access to the property — the 2-hour minimum ($140) is charged.
Weather and safety
If we must reschedule due to severe weather or unsafe conditions, no fee applies and we'll work with you to find the next available time.
Cancellations by us
In the rare event we cancel, you owe nothing, and any deposit or prepayment is refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Payment is collected after the job is completed, so most bookings have nothing to refund. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days. Verified errors are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damage claims
Report any damage within 48 hours of service completion so we can review and resolve it. Photos help us respond quickly.
Platform bookings
Jobs booked through Moving Help or HireAHelper follow that platform's cancellation and payment policy, not this one.
Terms of Service
What we provide
P&A Moving Solutions provides moving labor only: loading, unloading, packing help, and furniture assembly or disassembly. We do not provide, drive, or operate trucks, trailers, or containers, and we do not transport your belongings. You are responsible for the rental vehicle or container and for any agreement with its provider.
Pricing and payment
Our rate is $70 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Time is tracked from the crew's arrival until the job is complete. Additional charges for stairs, unusually heavy items, long carries, or extra mileage are explained before work begins. Payment is due in full when the job is completed.
What we need from you
- An accurate description of the job when you book, including heavy or specialty items.
- Safe access to the property, including parking for the truck or container and clear walkways.
- Someone 18 or older on site to direct the crew and sign off when the work is done.
- Boxes packed and sealed before the crew arrives, unless you booked packing help.
Items we don't handle
We do not move hazardous materials, firearms, cash, jewelry, or other high-value items, and we may decline items that cannot be moved safely, such as pianos, large safes, or hot tubs, unless arranged in advance.
Damage and claims
Our crews treat your belongings with care. Report any damage within 48 hours of service completion with a description and photos, and we will review and resolve the claim in accordance with applicable Florida law. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, the contents of boxes we did not pack, or items that were packed improperly.
Platform bookings
Jobs booked through Moving Help or HireAHelper are governed by that platform's terms of service in addition to these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your booking.
Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the name, phone number, email address, and message you provide. If you call or text us, we keep your number so we can respond and coordinate your move.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform your move, and follow up about your service. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
Quote requests are delivered through Formspree, which processes the form on our behalf. Card payments are processed by a secure payment provider; we never see or store your full card number. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive technical information such as your IP address. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
